Using the platform
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. You must give accurate account details and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members and partners you invite.
What the platform does and does not do
- The platform prepares documents, suggests HS codes, checks documents against LC terms, lists incentives and tracks shipments.
- It does not file shipping bills, bills of entry or any other declaration with customs. Your customs broker does that.
- HS code suggestions and LC checks are decision support. They are not legal advice, customs rulings or a bank's examination of documents.
- Customs filings, export licences, foreign exchange realisation and incentive claims remain your responsibility under Indian law.
Your data
You own the shipment data and documents you put on the platform. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to prepare false or misleading trade documents, misdeclare goods or evade duties, sanctions or export controls.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or try to access other customers' data.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the platform, or access it by automated means except through the published API.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced per shipment per month, in US dollars, excluding taxes. The first 5 shipments on a new account are free with no time limit. A shipment counts in the month it is opened. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times and give notice of planned maintenance. Carrier and terminal tracking data comes from third parties and can be delayed or incomplete, so always confirm cut-off times with your forwarder or shipping line.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including demurrage, detention, refused documents or delayed payments, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for the platform in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. You will be able to download your data before closure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over disputes.
